Getting started with a Virtual Assistant or a remote team for the first time, selecting the right team member and mastering the art of delegation are all common concerns for new clients. Our management team is personally involved in every placement and are always on hand to discuss your needs – from an initial discovery call through to quality assurance, placement and project management as your requirements evolve.

In an initial discovery call we can answer your questions and you can explain to us the role(s) and tasks which you want to delegate to your remote team.

Selection
process
Virtual Assistance Latin America are continuously conducting interviews and trials. We will select the most appropriate team member for placement or recruit an applicant with your desired profile from our network.

Meet and approve
your team
After accepting our proposal we can present you one of our team members most suited to fill your vacancy. We will have a conference call together so you can meet them personally.

Launch
and track
Provide on-boarding to your VA and start assigning tasks. Our admin track productivity using time and performance monitoring software and regular feedback sessions.

All of our Virtual Assistants are based in Latin American countries. It’s a great outsourcing location because costs are low, there is a high rate of university education and many bilingual professionals.
After a discovery call in which we will assess your needs, we will recommend you a professional assistant. You get to meet them by video conference before starting any project.
No. One of the main benefits of our service is flexibility. There’s no contract between your team member(s) and yourself.
No. Virtual Assistance Latin America does not charge any upfront fees. We make our revenues from our ongoing invoices to our customers, from these funds we pay not only your team member but also our recruiting, HR and administrative team, creating further employment opportunities. It’s important that if you choose to work with us you understand Virtual Assistance Latin America LLC’s ongoing place as an intermediary.
Without going into numbers, our team is provided a wage several times above the average wage for a university graduate. This is the primary reason we’ve been able to keep staff attrition at under 2%.
You will have your own dedicated VA who will grow to understand your business and that way provide more value. If you go for full-time they will only work on your project, if you choose half-time they may be assigned to another customer for the other 20 hours of the week.
All of our Virtual Assistants are native Spanish speakers and fluent in English as a second language. We also have access to administrator profiles that speak French, Italian and Portuguese. Unfortunately we do not offer specialist services like content creation or Social Media Managers in these languages at this time
We work exclusively on an hourly basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week to start a project. Although there is no ongoing commitment, we only take on projects where there is an ongoing need.
We are located in the UTC-4 time zone (Miami / New York), so we can work US business hours and can adapt to European hours working from 11am London time.
We use performance monitoring software with all our Virtual Assistants, so you get reports of their working time and even activity levels derived from mouse/keystrokes and random screenshots taken throughout the day. Your VA will also use Trello, Slack or your chosen project management software.
No. We do provide a trial for 7 days but this is not a free trial. You pay after your VA has completed the first week, provided you are satisfied with the results and wish to continue.
If you do not feel satisfied using our services or have issues with the assigned Virtual Assistant, we can provide you with a different Virtual Assistant. You are also free to stop the service at any time and have a refund of any unused hours.
